Notice of Proposed Bylaw Updates for the 2025 ACBM

As part of our commitment to good governance and compliance with Ontario’s Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA), MCC Toronto has undertaken a review and update of our organizational bylaws. These updates ensure that our governance practices align with current legal requirements and best practices in the nonprofit sector.

We will be presenting the revised bylaws for approval at our upcoming Annual Congregational Business Meeting (ACBM). Below you will find links to both the current bylaws and the proposed draft bylaws. A motion will be brought forward at the ACBM to adopt the new bylaws.
