Our Faith In Pride month launched on June 1 and MCC Toronto has a number of Pride activities that you won’t want to miss!

Celebrate with us!

For almost 30 years, MCC Toronto has held an outdoor worship service in the heart of the Village to kickoff Pride Sunday in Toronto. Thousands of people have attended this vibrant and progressive service, including the Prime Minister of Canada, the Premier of Ontario and the Mayor of Toronto.

This year our service is back on Church Street, at the North Stage near Church and Isabella.

Please check your official Pride Guide for more details.

Canada’s largest annual outdoor worship service

Our month of Faith In Pride culminates with our amazing Church on Church Street worship service on Sunday, June 24th at 11 a.m. sharp. The North Stage is located right on Church Street (literally!) so it will be easy to find.

This year Rev. Jeff Rock will be preaching about the countercultural Christ and what Jesus really said in the Bible about power and privilege.

Join us as we kickoff Pride Sunday in Toronto! We’ll have seating for 800 people, but since this is a free event, seats will fill up quickly.

Become an official Event Donor to take advantage of reserved seating.

Community Booth

Come see us during Pride at the MCC Toronto community booth in the Pride street fair. We’ll be located on Church Street just south of Isabella Street and we’ll be open all weekend! We’ll have t-shirts for sale, a commemorative photo booth, a beautiful installation of rainbow prayer candles (it’ll look wonderful at night!), free souvenir programs and postcards, and (best of all) hugs and smiles for everyone.

Hours of operation

Friday 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Saturday 12:00 p.m. – 11:00  p.m.

Sunday 12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Pride Parade

Sunday June 24, 2018

2:30 p.m. Meetup in section H10 at Ted Rogers Way and Bloor Street.

MCC Toronto always has a vibrant, inclusive and progressive position in the annual Pride Parade in Toronto. We own the longest rainbow flag in the world and proudly carry it down Yonge Street to celebrate Pride.

Do you want to join us in the Parade and help us carry the flag? Sign up to volunteer with our Parade contingent on our Volunteer Opportunities website.
