Pride 2023

Pride is as much a protest as it is a celebration. 50 years ago, folks looking for a safe space came together above a gay bar to worship, and MCC Toronto was born. 50 years later, MCC Toronto continues to stand proudly as a 2SLGBTQ+ organization committed to building community and fighting for human rights for all.

The theme of this year’s Toronto Pride is Here, There and Everywhere – and we invite our communities to join us.

MCC Toronto’s Church on Church AT Church Pride Celebration Service will be anything but a typical Sunday Worship Service! Music Director Jason Jestadt has lined up amazing musical guests and an even bigger Choir of MCC Toronto contingent. We are hosting this year’s Pride Celebration Service at new start time of 10:30 AM and will host a special Pride Celebration Reception in the McCain Family Social Hall following the Service.

Pride Parade
Sunday, June 25 | 12:30 – 4:30 PM

As in past years, MCC Toronto invites all congregants, community members and program participants to march with us in the Annual Pride Parade. Let’s show our community as we celebrate 50 years of MCC Toronto! Thank you for your interest in joining us for the Parade. Regrettably, we are at capacity, so the registration is now closed.

Make a Pride Donation

MCC Toronto’s ability to host Pride activities is truly dependent on the support of congregants and friends who share our belief in the importance of bringing our message of love and hope to our broader communities during Pride. All donors will be recognized in the virtual Church on Church at Church program and in our weekly Query.
