We need your input! MCC Toronto Survey

As MCC Toronto prepares to resume in-person Worship Services and other in-person programing in the very near future, we need your help!

We want to hear how you have been connecting with MCC Toronto over the past 18 months and what hopes and expectations you might have as we plan for a safe reopening of our building at 115 Simpson Avenue. And, as it will take many hands to ensure a successful reopening, we have also included some questions about future engagement and volunteer opportunities.

Participating in our survey should take no more than 10 minutes and we thank you in advance for your time and participation in helping to shape our shared future.
