On September 19th we launched a 10 week series, based on chapter headings from Marcus Borg's new book, The Heart of Christianity - Rediscovering a Life of Faith.   Each week between September 26th and November 21st on multiple nights at multiple sights, we'll be discussing topics like Faith, Bible, God, Jesus, Christianity in a Multi-faith World, and others.  Marcus Borg, a liberal theologian and the author of another bestseller, Meeting Jesus for the First Time, uses his newest book to reveal "how we can be passionate believers today."

We had originally set aside both September 19th and 26th as initial sign up days but, as you see below many of the groups are full!

Borg Sermon Series Young Men's Discussion Group - If you are a young man interested in forming a discussion group, leave your name and contact information at our Information Centre. and watch for details in Sunday News.

Due to the number of people enquiring, additional groups have been added to the MCC Toronto location, so please contact   CongregationalLife@MCCToronto.com to sign-up. Unlike the others, will stay an "open group," so anyone who would like to, may join this group. We want everyone to be able to "be in this transformative conversation."  If you ever find yourself free on a Thursday night, come join us at the church!
