For the 8th winter in a row, our Depression Initiative is offering a Support Group and we are excited about a new element that is being added this year. Recent research points to the possibility that improving the health of our gut microbiome can lessen depression and anxiety by as much as 50%.

This session will help you to find out more about the physical, emotional and spiritual tools and perspectives the Support Group uses. We encourage you to attend if you are considering joining the group, would like to evaluate if this will be a good match for you, know more about the Depression Initiative or ways to support a friend with depression.
